Booking enquiry

Send your booking enquiries at least 4-5 days in advance. Please complete the booking enquiry form. This is found on the ‘BOOK NOW’ button above.
Ensure all details are correct and completed. Have both your email inbox and SMS message notifications on.
Payment

A 25% booking fee is required for our general henna service bookings. For events or bridal henna bookings, the booking fee is 40%.
The remaining balance is to be paid in cash on the day of your appointment.
A paid non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your booking. If this booking fee is not paid, your booking is not confirmed.
A travel fee is included in your total price, as we are a mobile service.
Emergency Bookings

These are appointments requested and finalised in less than 3 days.
An extra £20 is added to your total price.

Rescheduling and Cancelling bookings
You can reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 3 days before. A new appointment requires a new booking fee.
A paid non-refundable booking fee secures your booking. Final confirmation is required from clients to ensure they are happy for the booking to proceed. Failure to do so could result in cancellation of the booking.
This is due to travel times being planned between each client’s location and the number of bookings scheduled for the day. Remember, we are a mobile service.
Group Bookings & Events

Group Bookings are for 3 or more people. Both events and Group Bookings are charged at an hourly rate of £50 per hour.
